BOARDS

We use 2 by 4’s for the frame and 5/8 inch sanded cabinet auroco plywood for the top.

Yes.  We do not use light weight materials so the boards are more sturdy and will last longer. We also put a handle on one side of each board for easy transportation.

First we fill in all of the top screw holes with putty then primer the boards. Once the primer is dry we sand the boards down to get them ready for color. Then we put a double coat of each color that will be used. We use exterior gloss paint.

We use a vinyl cut decal. The decals are around 20″ and are put in the middle of the board. We add at least 2 coats of polycrylic so they are secure to the board. Please go to the logo sets page to see examples.

The sets are made out of wood so you want to take care of them so they last for years. When storing the boards you want to put the back of the boards together. Never store them face to face.

We offer many different sizes of boards. The standard size that is used in tournaments and leagues is 24″ by 48″. We also carry smaller sizes that are used for practice and kids. Please check out our store for all of our different options.

We put our website on the back of each corn toss board. A lot of people ask how to get our products; this is one way for us to market our products and for our customers to know how to order again.  It is a clean look and if you would like our logo not to be on the boards then please let us know.

We have various colors on display when you browse our boards. These colors are approximations and will not be exact matches.

BAGS

Our bags are 6 by 6 and filled with one pound of corn or plastic, depending on your selection of fill type. We use 10 oz duck cloth and are double stitched using upholstery thread.

The logo bags are embroidered on, not screen printed.

There are a lot of things that go into making sure your bags last longer. The most important one is to keep your bags inside and stored in a cool, dry place. Corn is food, squirrels and other animals will chew open the bags to eat it. Also, try to keep your bags as dry as possible. If they get wet, they will be ruined. It is also a good idea to freeze your bags for 24 hours every once in awhile to help them last longer. If you have the room then you can keep them in your freezer when not being used.

SHIPPING AND PICKUPS

We are located in Palm Harbor, FL. We ship anywhere using FedEx.  All orders are available for pick up at our shop in Ozona/Palm Harbor. Most of our orders are made to order so please contact us so we can have your order ready for you. 727-442-0900 or info@customcorntoss.com. Please contact us for shipping prices to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the U.S.

It depends on what you order. Bags and other corn toss accessories usually go out the same or next day. Unpainted, white, and certain designs go out within a day or so. Decal and painted logo sets may take longer depending on the detail of the order. If you need your order by a certain day, then please let us know when you place your order so we can get it to you in time.

Please contact us and we will let you know if we can get it done in time. If not, then we will tell you what the prices are for your order to be shipped using FedEx Express.

DISCOUNTS

We love to support the military and sending our products to our troops overseas.  Shipping bags is the same price as shipping in the US using USPS up to 3 sets of bags.  If you like to order a corntoss set please contact us for pricing.  Shipping the boards and bags can range from $100-$140.
