• We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content
• Colors shown on screen are approximations and may vary from the final product

The Custom Corntoss website, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Custom Corntoss and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload for custom orders, but you grant us a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Local pickup is available at our Palm Harbor location.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or damaged
• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos
• We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Corntoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
